E3 ERGAL MONO is a boom built in 7075 alloy is a monocoque construction with an ergonomics curves.
The costruction in one piece for the ergal boom is a goal to reach for all the brands in the world of windsurfing, but only AL360 reach this kind of goal, thanks to its experience gained in 35 years in the industry of precision engineering and thanks to investments in new technologies for the tube deformation, not so easy work with material such as ergal.

The advantages offered by the new ergal-mono monolitics booms, as you can see are the harmony of curves that reproduce the fantastic carbon models, the diameter of the tube constant throughout the development of the boom, from the front-end to the back-end, without annoying bulges in handle area, thus making it more fluid passage of the hands in the change of the maneuvers, the absence of tubes inserted between the handle and boom avoid that over time creating some moviments, and infiltration which lead to corrosion the boom.

The monolithic construction offers increased rigidity of the boom, the use of small diameter tube gives exceptional comfort.

I vantaggi offerti dai nuovi boma monolittici ergal mono sono: armonia delle curve che riproducono i fantastici modelli carbon, il diametro dei tubi costanti su tutto lo sviluppo del boma, dalla maniglia al terminale, senza fastidiosi ingrossamenti dei tubi nella zona maniglia, rendendo così più fluido il passaggio delle mani nel cambio di mura nelle manovre, l’assenza di tubi inseriti tra maniglia e boma evitano che nel tempo si creino movimenti indesiderati con spazio tra maniglia e corpo del boma con conseguente possibile infiltrazione che porta alla corrosione del prodotto.

La costruzione monolitica offre inoltre una notevole rigidità del boma, l’uso dei diametri ridotti dei tubi dona infine un confort eccezionale.
